Onboarding an app is one file

This page proves the platform is multi-tenant. It lives in its own
namespace (app-blog) on its own subdomain, with a
certificate issued automatically by cert-manager — and it got here by
adding a single registry/blog.yaml file. No platform
changes, no DNS record (the wildcard already resolves).

The simplest possible app isolates the platform mechanics: registry →
ApplicationSet → namespace → ingress → TLS. No database, no broker, no
secrets — if this serves, the onboarding path itself is proven.
